Spring Property Management - April 1 - April 31

In the spring we work towards cleaning up what the winter has left behind.

The services we offer are:

- Weekly Parking Lot Garbage Cleanup

- Parking Lot Sand/Rock Chip Removal

- Weekly Garbage Can Emptying

- Snow Removal (After contract) - Paid hourly

Property Management - Summer May 1 - Sept 31

In the summer we like to make commercial properties look amazing.  

The services we offer are:

- Weekly Parking Lot Garbage Cleanup 

- Weekly Lawn Cutting/Trimming (Until grass stops growing)

- Weekly Garbage Can Emptying

Property Management - Fall Oct 1 - Oct 31

In the fall we prepare for the dreaded winter months.

The services we offer are:

- Weekly Parking Lot Garbage Cleanup

- Weekly Lawn Cutting/Trimming (Oct 15 - Last Cut)

- Clean up leaves

- Weekly Garbage Can Emptying

Property Management - Winter Nov 1 - Mar 31

In the winter we make sure your parking lot and sidewalks are safe for the public.

The services we offer are:

- Daily snow removal on sidewalks (Within 24 hours of snow fall)

- Parking lot clearing, snow removal and sanding (When required)

- Daily ice melt application (If required)

- Bi-Weekly Garbage Can Emptying

In the winter months it can be hard to keep up with the snow fall, we will always be on site after the snow fall and will ensure the sidewalks are safe

Pothole & Sidewalk Repairs

Nobody likes dodging pot holes in the parking lot or needing to watch their step when walking on the sidewalk. Get those pesty holes repaired before someone gets hurt or complains. 

We can only repair holes, we can not fix unlevel sidewalks or driveways - Due to the rapid temperature changes in Newfoundland, there is a 14-day warranty on crack repairs - Cost is determined by size of repair and the amount of holes that need repair
